Welcome to your cozy Giant Steps getaway in Brian Head, perfectly situated for a memorable mountain escape. Our unit accommodates up to 8 guests and offers comfortable sleeping arrangements, a wood-burning fireplace, Smart TV, and convenient access to the area`s year-round outdoor adventures.
MAIN LIVING SPACE
The main living area is a comfortable gathering space where you can relax after a day on the slopes or exploring Brian Head. A 60-inch Smart TV is perfect for movie nights, while the wood-burning fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere during chilly mountain evenings. Please follow all provided fireplace instructions and safety guidelines when using it. A box heater is also available in the living room for additional comfort.
KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals and enjoying relaxed mornings at home. A Keurig and drip coffee maker make it easy to start your day with your favorite coffee, while the crock pot is perfect for preparing a warm meal after a day of mountain adventures.
For outdoor cooking, a Weber propane grill is also available.

ENTERTAINMENT
The living room features a 60-inch Smart TV, giving guests a comfortable place to unwind and enjoy their favorite shows and movies after a day of skiing, hiking, or exploring Brian Head.
A DVD player is also available for additional entertainment.
HEATING & FIREPLACE
The unit is equipped with several heating options to keep you comfortable throughout your stay. The main furnace should be maintained at 60°F, and guests are asked to turn down the furnace when leaving the property.
The baseboard heating has its own controls and can be adjusted separately. A box heater is also available in the living room.
Guests will have full access to the entire unit during their stay, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces, and other guest-accessible areas, as well as the building’s shared amenities. Please note that the shared building amenities are managed and maintained by the building/HOA, not by Vistay. While we’re happy to assist when possible, we may not always be aware of scheduled maintenance, closures, or temporary changes to amenity availability.
Please note that the hallway, living room closet, and master bedroom closet are restricted areas and will be locked off to guests.

Located in the Giant Steps area of Brian Head, this property puts you right in the heart of the mountain action. The Giant Steps lifts and ski area are just nearby, making this an excellent base for a winter ski getaway. Many properties in the Giant Steps complex advertise ski-in/ski-out access, including condos that allow guests to ski directly from the complex toward the Giant Steps Express lift and return to the building.
Please note that VISTAY is not responsible for inadequate vehicle arrangements. Guests are responsible for providing proper transportation (i.e., 4WD or chains) and for any related expenses due to lack of preparedness, such as towing.
4WD and snow tires or chains are highly recommended from December through the end of March, or whenever snow is present. Thank you for ensuring safe and suitable travel arrangements!
