The lower level has a full size kitchen, bathroom, and the master bedroom with a King bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa and a wood-burning fireplace. The upper level has a bedroom with a queen bed, a second bathroom, and a sleeper sofa in the loft area. Evergreen Condominiums has a very nice recreation room with tabletop games and more. Evergreen B5’s rear deck looks directly onto the base of Chair #8.

Evergreen Condos were incredibly welcoming to my family and I. Our kids had an absolute blast with the true ski-in/ski-out access, just about a one-minute walk to Chair 8, which made everything so convenient. The condo itself was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family of five with plenty of room to relax after a full day on the mountain.We’re already looking forward to coming back to Brian Head! Also, a big thank you to Georg’s Ski Shop for taking great care of all our ski and snowboard equipment needs. Everything was smooth and easy from start to finish. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to return!

We had a great stay at this location. Host was very responsive and drove over to help us within a few minutes. The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely stocked and the bedrooms suited our family just right. We will definitely come back!
