However, there is room for improvement to make the guests more comfortable. We were 7 people and two of us had to sleep in sofas, (not sofa beds). The second night we took the mattress of the futon upstairs to the bedroom downstairs. It is difficult to sleep in the loft with lights of the mountains at night and snowplow trucks lights coming down the mountain all night. Even in the downstairs bedroom, the lights came through since there are no curtains. I suggest splitting the large downstairs bedroom into two bedrooms, to allow for more privacy, and have sofa beds or bunk beds. You could even add a third bathroom, which is badly needed when everyone has to get ready at the same time. I did not like the beds on the floor. Were very uncomfortable. Also, missed not having a mirror in the bedroom. For such a large space, we were missing furniture to place suitcases, and there was not a closet either to hang clothes. The TV was too far from the bed. We only had 6 body towels for a condo that is supposed to have 8 people. That was a major inconvenience. The bathrooms were pretty nice, though the sinks over the counter were extremely uncomfortable for my wife 5'1', and my daughters who are about the same height. They had to stand on their toes to reach to brush their teeth. For a child, it is impossible to even wash their hands, and there were no steps. The kitchen was pretty well equipped, however, we missed a pasta colander. I really did not like the oven dirty. And we had a serious leak in the kitchen faucet. We also ran out of trash bags. The walk-in pantry was nice.
Some of the chairs in the dining table need replacement/fixing. The living room was very comfortable and the view made it very enjoyable.
