Mountain-View Condo in Brian Head w/ Private Sauna

Location is across the street from Brian Head General Store. Convenient to slopes and Cedar Breaks Monument (2 miles away) for great hiking, snowshoeing and sightseeing. Sauna is great for the cold days and since the heat wasn’t working. Brian ice skating was a lot of fun for the kids and is walking distance from the condo.

Keyless entry. Code provided was incorrect 2x times which was frustrating given we arrived about 9:30pm and was tired after a 3.5 hr drive. Also, directions to condo could’ve been more specific as Apple Maps didn’t lead us directly to the condo. Check-in instructions could’ve provided more info about going further up the hill, etc. Also, neighbor in F4 is neurotic about the noise rule. Although we arrived before the 10pm noise rule, she started yelling at us as soon as we arrived and called the Marshalls on us. Clearly an unhappy person. Shower curtain and curtain liner can be changed. It’s old and stained. 1st floor shower doesn’t drain well; leaving you in standing in dirty water. 1st floor toilet runs. Heat and wood pellet stove wasn’t working and the day before we left we found out it was because of the circuit breaker. Two people can’t shower at the same time without running out of hot water quickly. No outlet in bathroom for hair dryer. Tissues not provided. Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom provided so if you stay more than a couple of days, you need to request more tp. House sleeps 8, but common area tight for 6 of us. Guests are responsible for stripping all the beds, emptying all the garbage cans, taking the trash to the dumpster, cleaning the dishes, and running the dishwasher.
