About this apartment rental
Remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with a community pool and jacuzzi. One of the only 2-bedroom condos in the main building which has an elevator and is in the same building as the pool. You don't have to go outside to go to the pool! Note: There are still three steps between the elevator and the condo.
This is our family condo and not rented full time so we like to keep it nice for our guests and our own use. We hope you'll enjoy our home away from home.
Some cool things about the place:
Ski out and almost ski in. Ski right out to the Navajo lifts. There is a small hill to ski/hike back in but my four-year-old does it no problem. We love to ski in the day and go to the pool in the evening. Our kids LOVE it here.
Brian Head has a free shuttle during the winter that will pickup/drop you off wherever you'd like to go in the town. You just text a number and they'll come pick you up.
Copper Chase has a heated covered garage with first come first serve parking. You won't get snow on your vehicle or need to go outside to get in your car.
Master Bedroom has a King Size bed and plenty of storage for your things.
Second Bedroom has a Queen size bed and a Twin loft bed.
Family Room has a Queen Size pull out sofa bed and a pad in the closet if you need another twin bed.
Sleeps 8 including pad.
All beds are new memory foam with new linens and pillows.
Kitchen is full size and fully stocked with Keurig Coffee Maker, Waffle Iron, Pans, Dishes, Stove, Oven, Crockpot, Blender, etc.
TV in Master Bedroom and Family Room has streaming capability and FireTV stick.
WIFI Internet Access.
Things to do:
There is SO much to do in all seasons. It's just an awesome place. Go skiing in the winter, visit national parks any season, hiking in the summer, fishing, rock climbing, snowmobiling, ATVs, you name it there are all sorts of activities nearby.
Brian Head Resort has skiing, snowboarding, tubing, etc.
Outdoors are awesome. Lots of hiking close by and then there is Cedar Breaks National Monument (8 minutes away), Zion National Park (1.5hrs), Bryce Canyon National Park (1.5hrs), Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument (1.5hrs)
Brian Head is a quiet town but there are a few restaurants: Pizanos Pizzeria, Steakhouse, Cafe
Nearest Airports:
Cedar City Regional Airport, St. George Regional Airport, Las Vegas International Airport, Salt Lake City International Airport
No smoking, No pets, No parties or large gatherings, No trailer parking
Be aware there is some construction of some new buildings nearby that could cause noise during the day and might interfere with the current ski out configuration.

The condo was clean and well appointed for a 3 night stay for our family of 5. The pool and hot tub were great after a day of skiing. We planned this trip over super bowl weekend and the large tv made the big game even better too. Thanks for a great place to stay!

This was a great place to stay for our family of four for our ski trip. Check in was super easy, the condo was a great space for all of us, and we especially appreciated the extra pillows and blankets. We were able to ski out easily.

The description boasts "ski in and almost out" but this is dubious at best. Due to new construction, you need to take a 5 minute walk down a road and through a construction zone and then it spits you out on top of Chair 6.
To be fair, the owner was highly communicative and did warn of this potential change, but they also were not entirely clear on the experience. They also shot-down a request to adjust the rate, which in my view was a premium based on "ski in/out" status. For example, friends of ours stayed up the road at a much newer condo for 1/2 the price.
In my view this 'ski in' language is misleading and the condo should be priced based on other condos that require a shuttle or a walk to the lifts.
Otherwise, the condo was fine. The building is tired. Underground parking is not guaranteed. The condo itself was relatively clean and well stocked, only nit-pick is the bathrooms are dated (very 1980's).
