Built in 2008, this warm log home is ideal for families or small groups seeking a true Ruka getaway, featuring a private electric sauna and a cozy fireplace, with cross-country ski trails just 500 meters away and the SkiBus stop only 50 meters away during the winter season.

The living spaces are distributed across the ground floor and a loft above, with the neighbouring apartment separated by a storage carport.

Living room & Kitchen: The ground floor features an open-plan kitchen and living room with a fireplace, a television, a DVD player, a CD player, and a radio. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. A high chair is available, and a baby cot can be provided if needed.

Bedrooms & Loft: The ground floor has one bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, the loft includes a separate loft room with 2 single beds, plus a single bed and a convertible sofa in the loft lobby, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for 5 + 2 guests.

Bathroom & Sauna: The washroom area includes an indoor toilet, a shower, a washing machine, a hairdryer, and a drying cabinet for your outdoor clothes. Connected to it is your own private electric sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day outdoors.

Outdoor area: Step out onto the porch/terrace to enjoy the fresh Ruka air. A parking space with a car heating socket is available, and an electric grill is provided for guest use, stored in the storage space.

Please note that final cleaning and bed linens are not included in the rental price, but can be purchased separately from the host.
