About this house rental
Welcome to our cozy 50 m² row house apartment by Lake Talvijärvi in Ruka, accommodating up to 8 guests. This comfortable home features 2 bedrooms, a spacious loft, a fully equipped kitchen-living room, a private sauna, and an electric fireplace. In winter, enjoy direct access to the ski slopes right across the frozen lake. In the winter 2 ski passes includes for the rent. Pets are welcome!
Living room & Kitchen:
Combined open living space and kitchen equipped with Smart TV, CD player, electric fireplace, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning equipment.
Bedroom 1:
Furnished with a double bed.
Bedroom 2:
Furnished with a bunk bed.
Loft:
Spacious loft area equipped with 4 single beds.
Bathroom & Sauna:
Features an indoor toilet, shower, washing machine, drying cabinet, hair dryer, iron, hand soap, paper towels, and a private sauna with an electric stove.
Outdoor space:
Porch/terrace with views towards the Ruka stadium area. Shared yard with fire pit and direct summer lake access (rowing, swimming, dock) as well as winter ski access.
No shoes inside.
No parties.
Only booked guests allowed.
Quiet hours 22:00-08:00.
500 € fee for a lost key.
