This gorgeous double bay fronted holiday home at Crossways Court in Woolacombe is a large 3 bedroom sea facing, sea front place with stunning views over Combesgate Beach at the northern end of Woolacombe Bay.
Sleeping 6 in 3 bedrooms, Kittiwake makes a great choice for extended families of 6, families of 4 wanting space or 2 couples exploring the area.
On entering the property on the side of the building you come into a small entrance hallway with a door immediately into the large open plan front of the place. The sitting room has a blue velour 3-seater sofa and a grey velour 2-seater sofa, coffee tables, 2 chairs in the bay window and a TV.
The dining room side has a glass 6-seater table with leather chairs, a desk area for working and a small ottoman window seat in the 2nd sea facing bay window. The view from these two rooms is jaw dropping and creates a great feeling of light and openness.
The extensive size patio makes a super spot to sunbath, have meals and drinks or watch sunsets and the surfers in the sea.
The kitchen is at the back of the house and has a breakfast bar with 2 stools. There is a single oven, gas hob, 2nd integrated oven/microwave, grill, full size fridge freezer 70/40 and washing machine. This spacious room extends across the back of the house with a cloakroom off and a back door.
Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms, a super king (with zip link option to be 2 x 3’ singles, please advise choice on booking) bedroom with en-suite front right , a king-size with en-suite on front left both with stunning views over Combesgate Beach and out to sea.
The 3rd bedroom is a bunk bedroom and next to it is the family bathroom.
There is a 2-bedroom apartment above.
This property will take a dog for £20 per dog per holiday (max 2) .
Kittiwake is in a great seafront position with steps up from the parking area in front of the building. We also manage the lettings for Combesgate View next door which sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms so together they form a good option for a larger family.

We had a wonderful stay at Kittiwake and would happily return.
The house is spacious, beautifully presented, and extremely well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable holiday. The views are absolutely stunning and must be among the very best in Woolacombe, overlooking Combesgate Beach and the coastline beyond.
The beds were very comfortable, and the showers were fantastic – possibly the most powerful holiday home showers we’ve ever experienced!
We had one very minor issue during our stay, but the housekeeper was responsive and helpful when we reported it. It certainly didn’t affect our holiday and didn’t require any action during our stay.
Overall, Kittiwake is a fantastic property in a superb location. We thoroughly enjoyed our week and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Woolacombe.
