Winter the way you planned it: a gated beach community a few minutes' walk to Vanderbilt Beach, where nobody packs up on Sunday. This furnished two-king, two-bath condo is built for the long stay, whether that is one month, a season, or the whole November to April stretch.
The living, dining, and kitchen share one open great room, and because this is a corner unit, the screened lanai wraps around it on two sides. Throw the doors open for sunrise coffee and keep them open through dinner, no bugs. The kitchen is set up to actually cook for weeks: stainless French-door refrigerator, glass-top electric range, over-range microwave, dishwasher, and a granite breakfast bar. A full-size washer and dryer live inside the unit, so a month of laundry never means a laundromat.
Both bedrooms have true king beds. The primary has an ensuite bath with a double vanity, a tub and shower with a grab bar, and its own door to the lanai; the second king sits beside the guest bath. Two full baths for four guests means mornings never bottleneck.
