About this apartment rental
Fully renovated 1/1 unit at Vanderbilt Towers. Our location is one of the best at the building. Walk out of your lanai and you are 200 steps from the beach and beautiful sunsets. You are also right across the street from the popular Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park, where you can rent kayaks, paddleboard and fish. Laundry room is right outside the front door for easy access. There is parking right outside the lanai making access to the unit even easier. No need to cross through the lobby. The unit was completely renovated in 2020. Master bedroom has two queen beds. Sleeper sectional in the living room. Plenty of space. Perfect place to come and relax.
January - April minimum nights 30 or more.

Loved this gorgeous unit and wonderful location just steps to the beach and walking distance to La Playa and the Ritz. Well furnished, spacious one bedroom with everything one could need for a Naples vacation. Owner was very easy to work with. Highly recommend!
