Vanderbilt Beach is a tropical paradise which is considered by many to be the crown jewel of Southwest Florida. Our Vanderbilt Landings condo is located on the 4th floor which is a corner-unit with wraparound lanai terraces with spectacular views! Vanderbilt Beach North Naples offers sun-drenched days, miles of white sugar-sandy beach, warm calm breezes, colorful dazzling sunrises and sunsets overlooking the Gulf Coast Bay and The Gulf Of Mexico.
Relax in a comfortable well-equipped luxurious 4th floor unit with an open floor plan which includes a spacious living room, three flat-screen TVs, internet, cable, two full baths, laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, iron board and dryer, electric hurricane shutters, extra refrigerator, dining area, breakfast nook, and a fully stocked open kitchen with an illuminated tray ceiling and breakfast bar. Both bedrooms offer walk-in closets and private terrace access.
We have private beach access to the white sands of Vanderbilt Beach which is located a few short steps away, enjoy sunbathing at the bay front heated swimming pool with tables, chairs and chase loungers as well as restrooms and covered sitting area. BBQ with two gas grills under the Chickee hut, fish off dock, tennis and pickleball courts, and even bocce ball. Enjoy the blue crystal water, beach front dinning, play 18 holes of golf, rent boat, paddle boards, parasailing, shelling, canoe, bikes, jet ski, or kayaks and explore the bay or nearby estuary at Delnor- Wiggins Pass State Park.
The condo is fully stocked for all your rental needs including four beach chairs, coolers, beach cart, beach towels and umbrella which is stored in locker storage room off the lobby area.
The screened lanai's are located off the queen bedroom, master bedroom and living room with amazing direct views of the water. Enjoy your coffee or favorite drink while watching the dolphins, sunrises, sunsets and boats as they travel thru the channel and the direct view of the gulf. Lanai offers chairs and tables for relaxation and enjoyment.
.This unit has an assigned parking space as well as guest parking in the lot. The complex is a gated community with code entry thru security gate, entry into the elevator lobby as well as the condo. Stairwell, elevator and trash chute are located on the front balcony of the condo corridor.
Take a stroll on the dock walkway along the bay channel, grab a book, your favorite beverage and enjoy the beautiful tropical landscaped property.

The wrap around windows and balcony are stunning. As is the open concept kitchen/living area.Besides being a beautiful condo, it is equipped with everything that you would need. We really appreciated having a rolling cooler, beach umbrella with the metal auger,and beach cart. Also had extra beach bag for carrying the pool towels etc.We hope that we can return to this paradise!

the condo was exactly as described. beautiful views from every window. The pool was clean and plenty of chairs. The short walk to the beach was great. The neighbors are all friendly.
