Our beautifully appointed studio unit is located on the 4th floor, overlooking the entrance to Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park with a partial view of the Gulf. Enjoy the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and coastal charm in one of Naples’ most desirable beachside locations.
Laundry rooms are conveniently located on each floor and are accessible via payment card.

Important Information Before Booking
• Lobby and first-floor renovations are nearly complete, with finishing touches wrapping up soon. Any remaining work should cause minimal disruption to your stay.
• Prior to arrival, ALL tenants are required to complete a Tenant Evaluation.
This includes a background check conducted by property management to ensure the safety and security of the community.
There is a $150 non-refundable fee per applicant for this process.

This condo was perfect for us, an easy couple minute walk to a beautiful beach. Nice quiet area out behind the condo for a walk. Checking in was a breeze, friendly atmosphere and neighbors. Superb host.

Great shape for older property and great location. 2 minute walk to the beach. You can watch the sunset from your balcony on 4th floor.Exceptionally clean and well decorated. Nice pool.Vince, the owner, was very helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend this place.

We were very pleased with the condo. Beautiful sunsets from condo. Very short walk to the ocean. The pool was very nice and warm.We met very nice people in the building. The owner Jana was very helpful and super to deal with. She kept us very informed on everything.
Vince and their family were always available.
The condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable.
