3 bedroom/2 bath Spacious 2nd floor condo with Vaulted ceilings ready for you to move in. Screened lanai off of living room and Master bed room facing west for magical sunset skies. This unit is well equipped and ready for you to come relax and stay! Great quiet community with pool. Vanderbilt Villas is PERFECTLY located in North Naples. You will find everything you need to enjoy your stay whether seasonal or year round. $3200 a month for year round rental and non high season month’s May-November. High season Dec-April.

The location of the condo was perfect. There was a paved walking trail and bike paths to the beach, which was less than one mile. Perfect for a morning walk or evening walk to watch the sunset. The pool was maintained at an adequate temperature and pool noodles, floats and toys were available for use. The condo was impressively clean and well equipped with everything one needs for cooking and cleaning. The hosts were helpful and prompt in responding to messages.
