About this house rental
On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living area with a sofa and armchair, a fully equipped open-concept kitchen, and a guest bathroom with a shower. A wooden staircase—whose steps give the sensation of walking inside a tree—leads to the two independent suites.
Each suite features handcrafted furnishings, a loft, and a private bathroom with two double beds on two levels. From the hallway of the second suite, you can access the panoramic sauna, entirely hand-paneled in the exact spot where leaves used to accumulate in the old barn.
The valley offers hikes to Passo San Marco and the Ponteranica lakes, medieval villages such as Cornello dei Tasso and Oneta, ski resorts in Foppolo and Valtorta, kayaking on Lake Bernigolo, and ice skating in Piazzatorre. In October, the Chestnut Festival brings Averara to life.
