This modern studio for two people offers a comfortable space to relax and work in Warsaw. In the lounge area, featuring a sofa bed and a Smart TV with cable channels, you can easily unwind after an eventful day. The well-designed kitchenette, equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and kettle, allows you to prepare your favourite meals with ease. The functional bathroom with a shower ensures everyday convenience. The building also features a laundry room and drying room, which enhances comfort during longer stays.

Live in a vibrant part of Warsaw, just 1.3 km from the picturesque Praski Park and the Municipal Zoo, both situated on the banks of the Wisla. The proximity to green spaces and riverside boulevards is ideal for walks and outdoor recreation.
