Pianul din camera a fost motivul alegerii, este de efect. Mijloace de transport in comun la 3-5 minute de locatie, este un supermarket si un non-stop in zona.
Canapeaua extensibila este incomoda, iar spatiul de la etaj este foarte mic, cu trepte extrem de abrupte, practic potrivit doar pentru un copil. Lipsa draperiei la unul din geamuri nu permite intuneric total. Curatenia, mai ales la baie, lasa de dorit. Lipsesc TV-ul si espressorul. Este igrasie pe tavan in bucatarie. Per total, spatiul necesita imbunatatiri.
