Spacious clean apartment with high ceilings and original interior design with vintage furniture.
The apartment is warm, with central heating.
Fairly good location of the apartment. Nearby there is a park and large shops.
Soundproofing needs to be improved. Through the windows of the facade you can hear the noise of the tram, and through the windows from the courtyard you can hear music and the cries of youth from the cafe. Also, through the unfinished door between the apartments, you can hear all the conversations of the neighbors.
In the bathroom, you need to add shelves and some hooks for clothes and towels.
Not enough crockery and kitchen utensils. Nekt no kitchen towel or napkin for wiping hands and countertops.
