Mala 5A Residence Studios&Apartments

The property is exactly as shown in the pictures. I really liked the new and modern feel of the apartment, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive and accommodating.

There is construction noise, which can be a nuisance at times, and the shower drain is partially clogged.

Czysty i dobrze wyposażony lokal

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra.

The apartment fully met our expectations. Nice new renovation both in the apartment and in the entrance areas. The kitchen is fully equipped — a sufficient set of dishes, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and washing machines with enough dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent — which came in handy after our three-week trip. The area has convenient logistics to the center — metro, tram, bus. There is a Lidl nearby with a good selection of products. The check-in process is as clear as possible — contactless check-in using codes.

Since the area is old — North Prague — there is renovation of old buildings going on. In the morning, construction workers start early, and construction noise can be heard. However, this is a temporary inconvenience.
