Квартира достатньо велика. Гарне місцерозташування: поруч зупинки автобусів, трамвая, магазинчики та супермаркет LIDL. В квариирі були всі кухонні прибамбаси та посуд. Є пральна машина.
Шторки у ванній - зовсім незручно, вони задовгі, в самій ванній топчишься по них і вода все одно то з одного то з іншого боку лється на підлогу.
Брудний балкон, нема де сісти, неприбране листя ще мабудь з минулого року... у сусідів поруч дуже охайно, якщо заглянути за перегородку.
Дуже брудні та масивні щтори у кімнаті, давно їх не прали і це відчутно, навіть коли торкаєшься їх.

firstly, you need to understand what you will get for such a price is not the best apartment in Warsaw. The location in relation to the city is excellent. It is not difficult to get to the center, 5 minutes walk and 7 minutes metro. The owner is a wonderful woman. Value for money - 10 points!
it will be very noisy in the apartment, every 12 minutes a tram runs under the window, so you won’t be able to sleep comfortably with an open window, in Warsaw trams work until 2 am. Neighbors rarely turn on songs or do renovations, but that can be annoying too. The apartment itself had everything you need except a microwave. Every time you leave the apartment, I recommend opening a window or a door to the balcony so that when you return you will not smell a strange smell from the ventilation.

Nice location, very cozy studio apartment, very nice lady owner.
I understand the price wasn't too high for the studio without air conditioner, but it would be nice to at least have a fan. The windows are facing the tram tracks and it was loud. The door for the washing machine was broken. I managed to wash my clothes, but it took me some time to figure out how to close the door

Находила чужие волосы, сухой роллтон на скатерти, отключили воду как только я приехала, задержали уборку, хотя я писала что приеду в 20-21 и можно было это сделать раньше, нигде не написан номер квартиры, сказали в карте на фото, там нету, непонятно как устанавливать код, замок на улице расположен отвратительно, как будто ищешь закладку, район не благополучный
