The space
Our spacious layout offers comfort, open living spaces, and privacy across three distinct bedroom setups:
Main Living Space: An open-concept living and dining area alongside a large kitchen featuring a spacious island—perfect for cooking and gathering.
Master Suite: Primary bedroom featuring a comfortable king bed and its own private en-suite bathroom.
Second Bedroom: Queen bedroom located right next to a full hallway bathroom equipped with a bathtub.
Hybrid Rec-Room / 3rd Bedroom: A versatile space featuring a double queen bed, a comfortable couch, and its own private bathroom.
Outdoors, enjoy the 2.5-acre lawn and riverfront deck (note: 3 steps up to the deck, 2 steps into one room).
Guest access
You’ll enjoy full access to the entire home, riverfront deck, and roughly 1.25 acres of grounds! Please note that the other 1.25 acres is reserved for our friendly goats (secured behind a locked electric fence) and is off-limits to guests. The garage is also private/locked.
