Fitted with all the modern conveniences for an exceptional stay, this stand alone home gives you all the privacy you crave with the proximity to downtown shops and eateries you want. Great for large families, reunions, groups of friends, and more. Located on a quiet street in the Monteith historical district this house is waiting for you to call it home. Boasting 5 bedrooms, three separate living rooms, a billiard room, two kitchens, 3.5 bathrooms, a private backyard, and two sets of washer/dryers this home has everything you need!
Ideal for larger families seeking ample space or groups of friends reuniting, this home promises a delightful and accommodating stay. If you'd like more room ask us about our ADA friendly carriage house on property!
With an ADA friendly unit on property, the driveway is available on a first come-first serve basis with priority going to to any ADA needs. If you'd like exclusive use ask us how to reserve it for your stay!

- Pet Rules:
We are glad to host your pets too (as in dogs 🐶). Anything beyond that — lizards, ferrets, emotional support peacocks — needs a little pre-approval, just so we’re all on the same page. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you!
We ask for compliance in a few house rules:
🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya.
🚪 No pets in the bedrooms. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free.
🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use.
🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only.
🚧 Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance.
🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated.
🐶 Need pet care while you're out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word.
💩 Please scoop the poop. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning.
There is a $75 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $225 per month), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! If not, please reach out and we can discuss the various channels depending on how you booked that we can use.
