Beautiful Bungalow On 7th *No Cleaning Fee*

The bungalow on seventh is a very cute house. It’s spacious and plenty of room for the six of us who were there.The kitchen is very nice and the beds were comfortable. The street traffic, as we read from other reviews, is pretty loud. The backyard is rather small and very close to a house that appears to be in the midst of some kind of renovation. Our only issue with the house was that immediately upon walking in there was an overwhelming smell of cat urine. I notified the property manager, and they were very quick to respond. They came and tried to deodorize the carpet on the stairs and the wood floors, but the smell of cat pee was still there. On another day, they came back and brought us plug-in air fresheners, which we appreciated, but that only masked the smell for so long. The property manager was quick to respond, communication was easy, & they tried to take care of the smell, but they could not get rid of it. The proximity to downtown is very convenient. We could walk to dinner every night. The only other suggestion I would make is to invest in some blackout curtains in the bedrooms. The sun comes pouring into the bedrooms making it difficult to sleep past sunrise. Overall we enjoyed the house and had a good time

Such a lovely house to stay at. Our girls trip crew really enjoyed our stay. Being able to walk to the local eateries and shops was really nice. It really was one of the best VRBO I have stayed in a long time.

House was perfect for our ladies trip to the wine festival! Close to everything. A little noisy from the street but nothing crazy. Rooms and house was clean but would have like to have some extra supplies like garbage bags and a dish drainer for the hand washed dishes. Was missing some sheets for the pull out bed but someone came over very quickly to give them to us after we contacted them

The house is beautiful and great for a group. All of our needs were met with thoughtful extras! Very comfortable beds and 4 rooms to allow us lots of space. Street noise did not really bother us but being on 99 definitely is noticeable. Stairs and floors are creaky but the house is very charming.
