About this house rental
Welcome to our luxurious hillside home in Rio de Janeiro! The property boasts a panoramic view of the city's stunning lagoon, offering a serene and secluded escape from everyday life.
Our spacious and beautifully decorated house features modern amenities, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for your stay. Enjoy the breathtaking view from every room, including the outdoor terrace where you can soak up the sunshine and take in the stunning scenery.
Located just a short drive away from the best beaches and attractions in Rio, our hillside home is the perfect base for exploring all that the Rio has to offer. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, this is the perfect place to create unforgettable memories.
The house is divided into 8 floors:
- Ground Floor: entrance level and garage, providing secure and convenient parking for up to 2 vehicles. There is a private elevator just a few steps up from the garage to assist with your luggage, shopping bags, etc since there are many steps in the home.
- Second Floor: patio with view, an ideal space to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
- Third Floor: two queen size bedrooms and a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have full views of the lagoon.
- Fourth Floor: spacious living room, kitchen, breakfast area, half bathroom and outdoor patio. This is also the final stop of the private elevator.
- Fifth Floor: features three main suites, each with its own private bathroom and unique design and amenities. Two of the bedrooms have incredible lagoon and ocean views. The third bedroom on this floor has a view of the back gardens towards the pool area.
- Sixth Floor: breathtaking large indoor/outdoor terrace area, complete with a grill and plenty of space to entertain guests while enjoying the stunning views both during the day and evening.
- Seventh Floor: Full bathroom which is located closest to the pool.
- Eighth Floor: last but not least, the eighth floor is home to a refreshing and inviting pool, where you can cool off and take in the surrounding beauty of the area. The view from the pool area is just spectacular.
All of the bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning. We ask that you please turn off all of the air conditioning units when you are not using the rooms or are away from the house. An additional fee can be charged with excess usage. The air conditioning units are very strong and can cool down the space very quickly. It is not necessary to keep them running when the space is not being used.
We ask that special attention is given to the fact that the house has many stairs to navigate throughout the home, including many steps to arrive at the front door. This is one of the most alluring part of the home in the way it is built into the mountainside. But it may not be suitable for those unable to climb stairs very easily.
PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED:
Our house is intended exclusively for guests who are included in the reservation. All guests must check in with the security cabin at the entrance.
**OUR HOME IS LOCATED IN A RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD - PARTIES OR DISRUPTIVE GATHERINGS ARE NOT ALLOWED!**
No amplified music or sound is allowed outside, including by the pool (subject to a fine in case of non-compliance)
