A beautiful (if dated) house and a fantastic location don't make up for poor management and maintenance. A pity.
A beautiful house with a fabulous view.
Dirty: moldy coffee pod in the coffeemaker, dirty fridge, banged up walls, "Under Maintenance" notices in many places, front gate that didn't lock, dingy staircase up to the front door, cobwebs and someone else's used soaps left behind - all said "this is a house no one cares about any more" Unclear rules: no clear place to put trash garbage, non-functional drier, conflicting messages on parking from mgmt staff, lack of rules on common areas Needed improvements: functional front gate, trash disposal, mold and mildew cleaning, repair "under maintenance item", replace wall unit air conditioners with less noisy units, either provide a/c in common areas or enable residents to open the windows.
