Would definitely head straight back here next time I am in Rio.

The apartment is right on the Copacabana, with outstanding views, it is well air conditioned, and definitely worth the extra penny’s. ( we did get the ocean view option) The kitchen was well appointed and there was plenty of space to relax. Bathroom quite small, but a great shower!

Think that some tea /coffee with some milk would be nice gesture for weary incoming guests.

Beautiful place in the heart of Copacabana, but naturally, the booking error on their end left us without accommodation

Everything. The property itself is exceptional.

Where do I start. Well, I flew halfway across the world to get here, only to find out that there was an integration error between bookings.com and Unhotel and that we were double booked and that there was no space for us. After sitting in reception for a few hours, I got a hold of a representative from Unhotel who came to the property and assisted us with a smaller place to stay for the evening, and we had make a plan for new accommodation by the morning. Beautiful place in the heart of Copacabana, but naturally, the mistake on their end left a bitter taste in our mouthes.

Lovely apartment, very spacious and with great vies of copabana. Great location for a family stay. William was very helpful, he responded through WhatsApp all the questions and also helped organising tours for us.

Perfect and safe stay in Copacabana

It was a great layout with different area (bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, loungarea, balcony). The staff is very attentive and answers fast on Whatsapp. The parking is the best - totally secure. Great location.

The entry is a bit small but that’s really a minor. There is even a washing machine/dryer combo in the entry which we appreciated a lot.

the location is perfect! the apartment was very nice exactly like pictures, also the receptionists were very friendly.

The toilet sometimes had a sewer smell. It would’ve been nice if the 2in1 washing machine had a users guide. I washed the towels but was unable to use the dryer. this also would be good for the stovetop as I had to go to YouTube to find out that it turns on when you put the pot on. A users guide would’ve helped a lot. The sauna downstairs didn’t work.

Beautiful studio apt. In a great location with a great view.

Location, view, comfort, cleanliness

Very poor communication from Unhotel. The booking process: I was not informed I would need the apt. #, and did not know I had it. When do you check in somewhere and need the room #? Never. I also was not warned that google maps would direct me elsewhere (another un hotel?). The check in: The door mechanism did not work. The desk had a key, and apparently did not know they did, and did not offer it. My phone was at 1%, and they had no charging options for me. After a while, they called Un hotel, who came in 15 minutes and let us in. He coded the door to work with a fingerprint. Mine worked then, and never after. That’s when a night desk man offered me the key, which had to be returned when I left the hotel. The next day, the original desk man insisted a different key would work. It did not. He then gave me the right key. No beach towels were offered, and I forgot to ask. When I did ask for help (extra dish towels, how the (awesome!) washer/dryer worked) I got it. The fact that the staff had nothing to do with the hotel was very frustrating at the beginning of our stay and definitely decreased my enjoyment of the property.

This opinion it's been shared and agreed with my wife, hence we decide to say that, the temporary home was so nice and warm, honestly is not an advertising to said something which is not true, it's what we felt since the first day, reception personnel friendly and very kind, you feel the safely from the bigging. The flat as such, well all that you expected to have is there all the furniture we'll maintained and teddy, clean really excellent top 10.

Gorgeous view, but I wouldn't return it, disappointing service

The only highlight of my stay was the stunning view of Copacabana Beach truly beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos.

Unfortunately, everything else fell far short of expectations. For a place advertised as “high-end” and “luxurious,” the service was indifferent and unprofessional. During my long stay, I asked the front desk for a cart to carry groceries up to the 10th floor. I was told carts were only for owners, not guests, and no one offered to help. I had to go up and down three times carrying everything myself. The listing clearly shows a TV in the bedroom, but there wasn’t one in mine (see photo). I mentioned this immediately, explaining that I need background noise to sleep due to anxiety. I was told the TV was broken, but they reassured me a new one had been purchased and would arrive the next day. It never did. I followed up, and they never responded again. The same thing happened with the complicated glass window on the balcony. I asked for someone to show me how to open it safely, they said they’d send someone, but never did. Multiple promises, none fulfilled. At checkout, I brought up both the missing TV and the lack of support with the window. I asked if they could adjust the cost or offer any sort of compensation. They said they’d check. It’s been over a week and I’ve heard nothing back. My stay was marked by broken promises, poor communication, and a complete lack of follow-through. The view was the only redeeming factor, but definitely not enough to make me return or recommend to anybody.

We loved the location.

I recently stayed at this unit in Rio de Janeiro and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is unbeatable—right on Copacabana Beach with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the ocean. The decor throughout the unit is stylish and thoughtfully done, creating a comfortable and visually pleasing space. I also appreciated the convenience of great parking, which made getting around the city much easier. However, there were several issues during our stay. The unit was noticeably dusty upon arrival, as if it hadn’t been cleaned or occupied in quite some time. We also encountered a slow-draining bathroom sink. While maintenance did come by and attempted a repair, the issue was never fully resolved. Additionally, the front door keypad battery died, which caused some access issues, although to their credit, it was fixed the next day. One of the more concerning issues was the presence of small, clear dust-like bugs or spiders crawling on the countertops and other areas in the unit. Overall, the location and aesthetics are definite highlights, but the unit could benefit from improved maintenance and more thorough cleaning between guests.

Bed sheets and pillows were dirty, pillows had no support, bedroom carpet damaged at the corner, toilet door is water damaged because the shower door doesn't shut properly, balcony was tiny, only room for the chairs, entrance to balcony only through one tiny panel of the screen. Curtains for the sitting room at the balcony were filthy. Oven didn't work and we were told no cooking allowed but we booked apt for the purposes of eating there. No kettle, no toaster, no complimentary coffee capsules or tea, only one roll of toilet paper provided.

Beautiful, well equipped apartment on Copacabana Beach

Location was great right across the street from Copacabana Beach. The apartment was lovely and beautifully decorated. I had everything I needed and more with a fully equipped kitchen and there is even a washer/dryer in the bathroom. Unhotel was very responsive when I locked myself out of the apartment. ~ learn from my mistake don’t touch the black tape under the door handle, there is a safety lock that will lock you out if you don’t unlock it before leaving.~

Sound transfer between apartments was really bad. My neighbours on both sides were quite loud. I didn’t complain because I was in Copacabana after all and the front desk is not part of the stay. Also if you’re using the pullout (3 guests) it’s on the enclosed patio so the noise transfer from the beach is quite loud. Inside the apartment it’s fine if you don’t have noisy neighbours. Tip: no conditioner, beach towels or coffee provided Honestly this apartment is great even with the noise transfer. Well worth the noisy neighbours ( who were also guests in other rentals so might not always be an issue

Very nice new building with Good security and near to everything,

This is not a hotel but studios and one bedroom and two bedroom flats in a new building on Copacabana. UNHOTEL has 10 flats in the building and ensures that it is a well run building. Security is high in the building and there is 24 hour security at the front entrance. The pool is a lap pool of 25 meters!!!Amazing - but it was a little to well heated for doing laps. Its just across the street from Copa Beach and easy to go down for a swim each morning.

I like the view from the balcony. The shower pressure was very nice as well. Good kitchen appliances as well. If you like a quiet place in cococapana this place is for you.

I didn’t like the thin blanket. They don’t provide much when comes to the towels. Also no beach towels for your stay. There was no toilet paper setup for us in the bathroom when we arrived. I wasn’t impressed with the service

Lage sensationell, Bilder entsprechen der Realität, Kommunikation mit William schnell und unkompliziert. Wir würden wieder buchen!

neues hochmodernes, sicheres Appartment mit Vollaustattung, zentral gelegen, sehr guter Service..

Unser Zimmer war in einem neuen hochmodernen geräumigen neuen Appartmenthaus, welches 24 Stunden an der Rezeption besetzt war mit Meerblick (Vollverglasung). Der Zugang war modern gesichert mit Gesichtserkennung. Die Bilder entsprachen der Realität. Die Anlage ist etwa mittig an der Copa, was kurze Wege zum Wasser und zu Geschäftstrassen / Restaurants ermöglichte. Der Dachpool bot ruhiges Sonnenbaden. Das Schlafzimmer ist ruhig hinten gelegen. Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert, Küche komplett integriert und neu. Das WLAN ist schnell. Der Service war außergewöhnlich. William begleitete uns zeitnach und immer erreichbar per Social Media vor, während und nach dem Checkout hervorragend (Zugangsdaten, Taxis, Strandstühle, frühes Check-in und spätes Checkout...). Wir können das Appartment nur empfehlen, da wir außer den 5 Sterne Hotels in der Nähe nichts Vergleichbares, insbesondere Neues gesehen haben...

Das Appartment und der Service lassen keine Wünsche offen.

Świetna lokalizacja przy samej plaży Copacabana. Duży, wygodny i czysty apartament. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, ekspres ciśnieniowy do kawy, toster, filtrowana woda, maszyna do popcornu, mikrofala, zmywarka i pralko-suszarka. Wygodne 2 sypialnie z łazienkami i duży salon z TV. Duży taras ze stołem i widokiem na Copacabana. Wszystko urządzone z gustem. Widok z sypialni na posąg Chrystusa. Świetny kontakt online z biurem w czasie całego pobytu - specjalne podziękowanie dla Williama który odpowiadał na każde pytanie :) dziękujemy i bardzo polecamy

Dier Wasserkocher ging kaputt und wurde sofort erledigt.

1.Die Handtücher waren nicht Zauber und hatten braune Flecken. 2' In der Küche gab es keine Spulllappen und keine trocken Tücher.. 3.Der Balkon war auch nicht Zauber. 4.Die kommunikation zwischen Buchen und Hotel Personal war auch nicht perfekt weil wir kamen nach 15 Uhr zu Check-In (geplant ab 15 Uhr) und der Rezeption wusste gar nicht von uns. 5. infinit Pool war gesperrt.

No saben lo que están haciendo.

No pudimos entrar xq era mentira que había espacio, a pesar de haber reservado.

Pude hacer la reserva y luego me dice el arrendador que por problema de sistema no estaba disponible sin embargo Booking cobra multa si yo la cancelo. Un fraude!! Negligencia pura de Unhotel.
