Das Apartment ist toll. Superlage und schön eingerichtet. Auch der kleine Pool auf dem Dach hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Handtücher und Bettwäsche sollten mal erneuert werden

This is a classic example of "fake luxury", masked on building amenities that were disappointing to say the least. The selected property photos were misleading vs. reality, hiding the property's wear and tear in professional photoshooting. Overall, the experience was definitely not matching the advertised look n' feel and was overpriced for the quality and cleaningness. Unfortunately, we also faced numerous issues during our stay: the cleaning level was absolutely below par with the floor covered in black sand, not to mention not complete by check-in time. The apartment felt overall worn off and the pictures in the site did not match reality. There was construction during our stay so we could not use some of the facilities (terrace/sauna), the so called 2 "pools" were absolutely unusable and dirty, there was a laundry load still in the washing machine preventing us from using it, and lastly, there was a water leak over the counter in the back terrace facing the pool. Definitely not good value for money and a very disappointing experience vs. what was advertised online. Tried seeking for an amicable refund or equivalent option, but was denied and was offered an offensive amount ($35) for our troubles.

Tout était parfait: l’accueil, la communication, le confort, l’emplacement. Nous avons passé des super moments dans cet appartement! Hyper pratique pour aller à la plage avec le strict minimum car pas besoin de clé pour l’appartement. Tout semblait neuf. Merci beaucoup!
