Should the golf cart become unavailable due to maintenance, mechanical issues, accidental damage, manufacturer recalls, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control, no refunds, credits, or compensation will be provided, as the golf cart is considered a complimentary amenity and is not part of the rental consideration.

We will make every reasonable effort to restore service as quickly as possible; however, repair timelines may depend on parts availability, technician scheduling, and other circumstances outside our control.

Guests are responsible for operating the golf cart safely and in accordance with all applicable Florida laws and The Villages` rules and regulations.

Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home, garage, lanai, or anywhere on the premises.

Failure to comply with this rule may result in:

Additional cleaning and deodorizing charges
A penalty fee between $200 and $500
Potential immediate termination of the reservation without refund

Cats are not permitted in any of our properties under any circumstance unless explicitly authorized in writing prior to arrival.

Unauthorized cats in the property may result in:

Allergen remediation charges
Penalty fees between $500 and $1,000
