Located in a excellent area in the neighborhood of Chatham, in the Bromley villas. This home offers easy access to restaurants, shopping and recreation. For nightly entertainment you're a short distance away from Lake Sumter land and Spanish Spring town Square were you will find many restaurant's, grocery stores and free nightly live entertainment. This home is fully equipped with everything you need all you need to bring is your clothes. Pets are allowed. Recreational guest passes included.

Was super clean and organized. Great kitchen tools, pots pans. The owner was in frequent communication and very helpful and supportive.Quiet street, and the front lanai offered two big comfy chairs w ottoman for relaxing w a cup of coffee and book.Close to Mulberry rec w pball and pool, and Route 42

My husband and I had such a wonderful stay at this 1,200 sq ft gem! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how spotless everything was—it’s clear the owners take real pride in keeping this place pristine. The space was both roomy and cozy, with plenty of space to relax without ever feeling too big or impersonal.The kitchen was an absolute dream—fully stocked with everything we needed to cook real meals, and the gas range was such a treat! Bedrooms were spacious with linens that smelled freshly laundered (a small thing, but so appreciated!), and the bathrooms were well stocked with towels, shampoo, and toilet paper—no scrambling for basics here.The neighborhood was incredibly quiet and peaceful, yet close to great restaurants and grocery stores, making it super convenient.And I have to shout out the owner—communication was top-notch. Every time I had a question, the response was quick, kind, and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be back!

The outside was overgrown, very little parking, side patio looks disheveled, towels are tiny and scratchy, beds are rock and and squeeky, no tv in one bedroom, tv stand in livingroom is in a very outdated huge tv stand, where the door doesnt go all the way in, so people could not the tv from the love seat, the bedroom carpets are nasty and the whole place had a musty smell. If we are paying a cleaning fee, why do we have to strip the beds, put out the trash and start the laundry? Next time, we will just stay in a hotel. You really need to put some money back into the place to update it. Sorry to say we will not be back.
