About this house rental
Get away for a while at this artsy-modern 2-bedroom gem in The Villages, Chatham neighborhood! This cozy charming villa has beautiful natural light, wide plank vinyl flooring, an open layout, ceiling fan and estate shutters throughout which comes in handy during the hotter months. The living room has comfortable modern sectional seating and a smart tv. Included is AC, Wi-Fi and a water softening tank filtration system for the entire home.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make yourself at home including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes & utensils. The kitchen island provides seating for two and the dining room provides seating for four.
Master bedroom features it's own private sliding glass door to the lanai/outdoor patio, queen-sized bed, wall to wall carpeting, wall mounted tv and bathroom with a generously sized walk-in shower, two sink vanity, walk in closet and a bidet!
Second bedroom has wall to wall carpeting, a full-size bed and roomy closet.
Please note: TV's are streaming only.
Hall bathroom has a shower/bathtub combo.
Air cleaners are also provided in the living room and master bedroom.
All linens, pillows and towels, everything that you need is available. Starting supply of household essentials will be provided, (dishwasher & clothes washer detergent, coffee filters, paper towels. garbage bags, bathroom soap and toilet tissue.)
The front door area is enclosed.
The lanai is enclosed and has comfortable seating, perfect for drinking coffee in the morning!
There is space in the garage for one car, one golf cart, and another car on the driveway. Please note that a golf cart is NOT included. You would need to rent one.

The Villages itself is unique and fun - indeed, Disneyland for Adults! The unit itself is bright and open with a private courtyard and very quiet. Also very near a large pool which was also nice. Everyone we met was so friendly. We would recommend a few more towels/ linens perhaps, but overall our stay was wonderful ! We had great communication throughout, and were even mailed our lost items afterwards. Much appreciated and we plan to return .
