Casa Calliandra - Palm Springs

Welcome to Casa Calliandra, a colorful Palm Springs escape designed for sunny days, spirited evenings and memorable stays with your favorite people. Inspired by the whimsical blooms of the Calliandra hedge planted in the backyard, this freshly redesigned four-bedroom, two-bath home accommodates up to eight guests in playful desert style.

Bold patterns, vibrant colors and carefully chosen artwork create an atmosphere that feels unmistakably Palm Springs. The open living area invites everyone to gather on the generous sectional for movie nights, conversation or a little downtime between adventures. The fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances, plentiful workspace and everything needed to prepare meals at home, with indoor and outdoor dining for eight.

The primary suite features a king bed, smart TV and private en suite bathroom. Three additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed and smart TV and share a hall bathroom. One bedroom also includes a dedicated desk and workspace for guests who need to stay connected.

The climate-controlled game room is an experience of its own, with a full-size pool table, bar, smart TV, colorful mural and lounge seating surrounded by windows overlooking the pool. Sliding doors connect the game room to the pergola and backyard, creating an easy indoor-outdoor setting for spending time together.

Outside, quintessential Palm Springs living takes center stage. Float in the private pool, soak in the raised spa or relax on the expansive lawn beneath a colorful umbrella. The fully fenced backyard offers abundant loungers, pool floats, a gas grill and a fire table, all framed by desert landscaping and western mountain views. Gather for dinner beneath the curtained pergola, where bistro lights add a warm glow after sunset.

Casa Calliandra is conveniently located just five minutes from downtown Palm Springs and close to restaurants, shopping, nightlife, grocery stores and Starbucks. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, airport and freeway access are also nearby. Please note that the home is near the airport flight path, so passing aircraft and associated noise may occasionally be experienced.

Garage and driveway parking are available, with a maximum of four vehicles. Pets are welcome with an additional pet fee.

Spa heat is included in your rental rate. Pool heat is an additional charge invoiced prior to check-in. In order to fully enjoy our gorgeous swimming pool, we highly recommend ordering pool heat at least two days prior to check-in, especially from October through May.

Pool heating rates are as follows: 2–3 nights, $69 per night; 4–7 nights, $59 per night; 7–28 nights, $49 per night; and 29 or more nights, inquire. Extended seasonal stays are available—please ask about special rates for stays of 29 nights or longer.
Nestled in a quiet neighborhood just a 5 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs with shopping, dining, nightlife and gaming. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, hiking & biking trails are also nearby.

We are fortunate to be one of the few cities in the Coachella Valley that allows short-term rentals. To maintain this privilege, all guests must abide by the local law. Palm Springs City Ordinance 2075 is very specific and highly enforced.
