Welcome to The Swan House – a stylish and spacious 4-bedroom retreat with breathtaking views of the San Jacinto Mountains. Located just a 10-minute drive from downtown Palm Springs, this elegant home is designed for comfort, relaxation, and unforgettable memories.

Saltwater pool & spa with direct access from the master bedroom, the family room and the green room.
High ceilings and modern decor throughout
Fully equipped kitchen with open floor plan to family room
Separate dining room and living area with cozy fireplace
Enjoy al fresco dining in the outdoor area, complete with a fireplace for added ambiance.
Gated courtyard entrance and 3-car garage
Sleeping Arrangements:
Sleeps up to 8 overnight guests per city regulations
May accommodate 2 additional children under 12 on the sofa bed in the living room.
Total capacity: 8 adults + 2 children (12 and under)
Getting Around:
Don’t feel like driving? Uber and Lyft are widely used by both locals and guests.
We’re just a short 10-minute drive from all the shopping, dining, and entertainment in downtown Palm Springs.
Pool & Spa Heating:
Pool and spa heating is available for an additional fee. We charge based on actual daily gas usage, calculated directly from SoCalGas rates, so you only pay for what you use.

The bedroom set up was perfect for us . The house was so spacious and the backyard and pool was great. Having the Property Manager there for check in and out was fantastic. Will rent this property again for sure .

This property was amazing! The beds were comfortable and everything was so clean and fresh. Backyard is like an oasis with beautiful Mountain View’s and watching the planes take off from the airport was so much fun to see. It has easy access to stores as well. This property is a 10!
