Enjoy our Modern Desert Oasis. This Private & Dual Gated Compound has been customized for a relaxing Hollywood-esque Hideaway Weekend complete with private Pool + Spa and roundabout driveway. This Doggo Friendly Modern Desert Castle has 2 roomie living spaces, a formal living and dining room in front and remodeled kitchen with great room facing the pool, as well as very spacious accommodations. Features 3 king + 2 queen beds, in 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This custom and welcoming home is perfectly self sustaining for entertaining and staying in, and also conveniently walking distance to all grocery / dining / gym as well as multiple Starbucks locations all within 1 block (and even a carniceria :-) with an additional shopping center 2 blocks away. Located 5 - 7 minutes to the airport or downtown Palm Springs strip. Please note: Jacuzzi is built in and use is limited during extreme winter temperatures due to concrete and in-ground construction, depending on outdoor temperature. To confirm spa weather conditions in the winter, please reach out before your stay. We take pride in providing a warm and resourceful home with many features and amenities unlike most vacation rentals, as well as most items and spices found standard in kitchens. Poor hot tub heater, airplane noise, hot showers available only in a.m., beds and furniture comfortable, kitchen very nice.
