Step into our bright open concept Mid-Century Modern, Palm Springs home with a fun retro twist. You'll be greeted with impressive views of the backyard pool & hot tub. Amazing snow caped mountain views, many fun retro hang out areas including a fire pit, BBQ, 3 lounge areas and a large grass area for the kids & pets to run & play. This home features 4 bedrooms all with unique features, perfect for an extended family get together or an adults only hangout with beverages by the pool.
Located less than 10min to downtown, in the beautiful neighborhood of Desert Park Estates

• All bedrooms have their own unique style and design, queen beds, bedside tables, closets with coat hangers and storage racks, master bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom
Bathrooms
• All bathrooms are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, complementary bathroom amenities in case you forget anything including- toothbrushes, toothpaste, dental floss and Q tips and hair dryers and extra toilet paper. The main guest bathroom features a Blue tooth speaker on the ceiling for your enjoyment
*Please note we are near the airport so you can see/hear the planes. Which we and our guests find it more entertaining than distracting! They do have a curfew. Also, Palm Springs is known to have high winds certain times of the year. The windiest season is April through June.*
Pet friendly
• We are pet friendly at a fee of $75 per pet, per stay
** We just ask that you take your dog with you if you go out or keep it in a create- as all the furniture is brand new and we’d hate for it to get ruined
Pool heater
• The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $75. This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it.
• Our pool cleaner comes every Monday and Thursday morning; they come and go through the side gate and will not worry you throughout your stay.

First off, I would like to say that the Property Manager, Lorena has been great. She has been very communicative and responsive. It was a pleasure dealing with her as she made our stay that much more enjoyable with nothing to worry about. She addressed all concerns immediately. As far as the property, it is located in a prime location, very quiet neighborhood, accommodations perfect for my family. Initially we were a little disappointed that there is only one TV in the home but after thinking about it, I actually preferred because it forces the family to be together. After all, we’re not here to sit inside and watch TV. We enjoyed the backyard, the pool and all of the amenities and our dogs simply loved the large backyard running and chasing birds and planes ✈️, lol. The home is very nice inside with the perfect number of bathrooms and
Rooms. The property was clean and inviting. I would have no problem staying here again. We loved our stay and enjoyed our time away from our home. We absolutely love Palm Springs and all it has to offer. Thank you, thank you, thank you 🙏
