Clean, confortable, newly renovated.
No human at all. I was told check-in was at 15, check-out at 11. Through the chat, I was told check-in was at 16, and check-out at 10. This is not what was advertised. I asked to have what I booked for on the chat, and they confirmed I could stay until 11. Sadly, I was woken up at 10:15 by someone entering my room while I was sleeping, without knocking. This is not acceptable at all. Also, the unexpected 150€ deposit for a one-night stay, even though Booking said "no additional charge".
