Very comfortable bed. Easy no service entry & exit and relatively good location for Berlin

Very noisy and hard to control the air con

Overall almost everything - the place was very clean upon our arrival, design of the apartment and furniture was sensible and nice, amenities, very easy check in and check out, location, which was very close to an U-Bahn station (it is a bit busy street which may be an issue for some, but we were okay with it as we spent little time at the accommodation). The coffee shop downstairs with a discount for guests was a nice bonus. We also used a convenient locker box for our luggage in the last day of our trip.

We had an issue with AC - despite following the guide, we werent able to make it work 100%. Luckily, it wasnt that hot during our stay so we could temp down the place by opening windows, but I can imagine that during heatwaves, it wouldnt be enough. I feel like it worked slowly only when we were at the accommodation and stopped cooling once we left. It was okay during the night. We also had a short issue with the keypad for entering the building - it stopped working for a moment and didnt react to pushing the keys, but after several attempts over 5 minutes, it woke up and eventually we were able to get in. A shelf for toiletry in the bathroom and in the shower would also be nice.

It’s new and clean.

The sofa bed is not comfortable, there is no elevator and the apartments have no soundproofing walls.
