Nothing . Everything was fab

Convenient, quiet location just a few minutes from Hermannplatz; lots of cafes and shops nearby; super peaceful garden with tables, perfect for sitting outside with a bottle of something chilled; the room was enormous and spotlessly clean; free bottle of water in the room; hotel staff were out-of-this-world friendly and helpful; price was a full 25EUR cheaper than anything similar that I could find. Overall: this is a gem and not to be missed. Make it your go-to place for your next visit to Berlin.

Not much! No TV in the room, but that doesn’t matter to me.

The hotel is clean, colourful, and cosy. The owners are extremely friendly and welcoming, there is a beautiful internal courtyard with tables and chairs where you can chill any time of the day, sadly we didn't have time to enjoy it but a lot of people were there every day. The room was big, clean and extremely quiet during every moment of the day as it faced an internal court. The position is excellent because you can explore the beautiful neighbourhoods of Kreuzberg and Neukolln and if you need to move to other areas of the city, the metro station is just 5 minutes away. If I come back to Berlin I would choose this hotel again without hesitation!

Everything was excellent, but if there is one thing that can be improved I would say the shower, as it was open (there was a glass just to separate it from the toilet but it didn't have a "door") and therefore it was impossible not to get the floor wet. Besides that, everything was perfect.
