Perfect location, close to everything but kind of protected from traffic-noise etc Very nice combo of original old wood & bricks interior, combined with new materials. A very nice flat indeed.

Window in one of two bedrooms were not possible to open for fresh air. Temporary building-works made quite a bit of noice right outside the windows. Start-up Students living in the building had nachspiels until early morning, but luckily mostly with talking & singing. Probably a very seasonal occurance. Ready set up tubes for soap/shampoo/conditioner in shower were all empty.
