It was ok for an overnight stay

Location was good. Parking and getting into the property was a little difficult. The entry code we were given didn't work.

The bed was terrible very soft and lumpy. If you wanted tv you had to purchase apps. No aerial for news channel

Nice choice of colour near to city centre, however I thought it was near my destination for cold play

Bed knackered. Stated queen room was barely a double. Stated Luxurious feather pillows and bedding ! Not at all! No milk for cereals.

Would recommend, just be aware of the noise pollution on a weekend!

The manager was very attentive and friendly, helped us with entry to the apartment as we needed a key card. The room was cosy and warm, lovely little bathroom. The extra goodies you get are so thoughtful and you can tell the staff want you to have a nice stay. The room itself we had no issue with :)

Unfortunately, we didn’t realise how loud it would be in the neighbourhood. And we also experienced being woken up by another couple coming in extremely loudly and banging. Every-time a bus or traffic went by, the room shook. Which isn’t necessarily of any fault of the staff.

Pay more and stay elsewhere.

Brilliant location and the supervisor was working on the property downstairs so we could get hold of him when things went wrong or were just unnecessarily confusing!

Parking could not be accessed from the back of the apartment. We had to walk all the way along 3 roads to get to the front of the building with our cases. Our room was given to someone else - we had the key code but someone else’s belongings were in there. The supervisor took us to another occupied room before finding the one we had been moved to. I then received a message with both of those rooms’ codes in it. It made me wonder who else might have my room code so I did not sleep well. Not only was I worried about people walking in, but the noise really carried in there and the bed was so uncomfortable. I realised in the morning that the mattress was upside down. They turned off the water in the morning so I couldn’t have a shower. I messaged but got a reply at 2:45pm saying I could stay until 1pm and they would put the water back on - I had left at 12 noon.

Perfect home from home

From walking in to leaving I loved every part of my stay. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe with the use of key codes rather than physical keys. The suite I stayed in was beautiful and equipped with what I needed and more. The bed and bedding were extremely comfortable. Bathroom was a lovely size. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed and the gift hamper in the room was a lovely added extra. I forgot my hairdresser and the manager very kindly brought me one which I felt he went above and beyond.

Good location, walk from train station. Nice to have common kitchen. Very clean. New furniture.

Absolute Hidden Gem!

I was lucky enough to get one of the last rooms available at this boutique style hotel which was very reasonably priced! The hotel room had a home from home luxury feel to it with beautiful decor and great facilities for the guests. Check-in was contactless and the hotel management were extremely helpful and easy to deal with during the booking process. There was even a complimentary luxury hamper waiting for me in my room which was amazing and just added to vibe of the place which was calm, quiet and very comfortable. Located just a 2 minute walk to the City Centre bars and restaurants, this hotel made my stay here very easy and convenient and I will definitely be staying here again soon. I would highly recommend The Rosemary Stay to anyone staying Hull for business or leisure!!
