The property has potential: there is grandeur in the number and variety of rooms. We knew about the hiccups with the actual street address and the door lock based on prior reviews and got timely and useful check-in information. Bed was comfy.
Some of the amenities are in need of maintenance: bath mouldy, some light bulbs not working in room, windows dirty, dishwasher broken, instant coffee off.

Short walk to the Skytrain and bus stop, conviently located outside downtown.
Spacious room, clean sheets, older amenagement but everything was functional.
Had a little hiccup at first, did not receive instruction to get in, got the wrong adress.
Was rectified promptly (under 2 hours).

Loved the location to sky train and transit, large space didn’t feel cramped with other guests.
The rooms were cold at night and some fruit flys were around.

The shoe rack and towel presentation were welcoming, the host was friendly, the washroom was clean.
The room was very different from the website and very very small, the staircase was dirty fortunately I brought own slippers, the actual address did not match the house number so took a while to confirm, the website and system were non-responsive!
