Guests have exclusive use of the entire two-floor, 250 sqm house, suitable for up to 5 people, with 2 bedrooms and 1 private bathroom. A baby cot is available on request. Enjoy a private garden, covered terrace, and private balcony with mountain views. Heating is provided by a pellet stove. For remote work, there is a dedicated workspace. Breakfast is included, and a private kitchen is available for your use. Free public parking is in the square about 20 m from the house.
The property is accessible without barriers. The owners live on site (not in the rental) and are available if needed.

Note: Access requires 2.5 km of mountain road. Up to 3 small or medium pets are allowed, with an additional nightly fee per pet. Events are not allowed.
