When we arrived, the apartment immediately gave us a beautiful, authentic Italian feeling. It’s an old, antique-style apartment, very charming and well-maintained. Everything was clean — the beds, linens, pillows, and the entire space were in great condition. The apartment has two terraces (balconies), both offering an absolutely stunning view — truly a 10/10 for the view. The atmosphere is very peaceful and quiet; you can even hear birds in the morning. The fresh air and the mountain location made the stay feel very special, especially in a tourist area like Stresa. Overall ratings: - View: 10/10 - Cleanliness: 9/10 - Price: 8/10 - Parking: 7/10 We highly recommend this apartment — it was a wonderful experience. A couple of small downsides: - The TV is quite small (around 22 inches); a larger one (around 40–42 inches) would improve the experience. - The garage is very tight. It’s suitable for smaller cars (like a Fiat Punto, Citroën C3, or Mazda 3), but not for larger vehicles like a BMW 5 Series wagon. I had to park on the street instead. - The water pressure in the shower could be improved. The water (both hot and cold) worked well, but the flow was a bit weak. A stronger pump or higher pressure would make the shower experience much better. Overall, a fantastic stay in a peaceful and beautiful setting.
