The villa is centered around a bright, open-plan first floor featuring a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living space. Large sliding doors open completely onto the garden and pool area, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience with beautiful ocean views.
On the first floor, there is one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, as well as a separate guest restroom for added convenience.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a walk-in closet and a private en-suite bathroom. The two additional bedrooms share one bathroom. All three bedrooms have direct access to the upper terrace, providing additional outdoor space and unobstructed views.
Outside, the private garden is designed for relaxed Marbella living, with a dedicated outdoor dining area, comfortable lounge seating, and a sunbathing area by the pool.
The property also includes private parking with a secure garage door, accommodating up to two cars.
Guests have full private access to the entire villa, garden, pool area, and garage during their stay.
The swimming pool and outdoor spaces are exclusively for guests’ use and are not shared.
Private parking is available on the property for up to two cars.
We personally welcome guests upon arrival to hand over the keys and show you around the villa.

There is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool or outdoor areas. Diving and rough play are not permitted. Glassware is not allowed near the pool area.

Guests are responsible for all keys provided during their stay. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a replacement fee.
