The entrance level welcomes you with the large open-plan living/kitchen area with full-size picture windows opening out to the terrace and beautiful, large (12,5 x 4m) saltwater infinity pool and garden. The sliding windows can be folded on two sides, allowing the living area to integrate seamlessly with the generous outdoor terrace, creating one large open plan living space: PERFECT for the long summer days!
The living area has a large L-shaped sofa, there is an indoor dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. The terrace features stunning designer furniture with a chill-out lounge, a gorgeous wood-topped dining table, an array of sunbeds and a BBQ.
There is one bedroom downstairs and three upstairs; the bedroom downstairs and the master bedroom upstairs are en-suite, spacious and have access to terraces. The other two bedrooms, of which one has a very cool bunk bed with a double bed at the bottom, share one bathroom. All together the villa comfortably accommodates up to 9 people.
Further features include underfloor heating throughout, an alarm system, aircon, wifi, gated parking for 2 cars, and optional pool heating (at an additional cost).
