Outside, professionally designed gardens surround a heated gunite pool, creating a peaceful setting framed by mature hedges, manicured landscaping, and seasonal hydrangeas. Guests can unwind on the wraparound porch, enjoy alfresco dining on the deck, or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a swim. Located just moments from East Hampton Village, this home offers easy access to boutique shopping, acclaimed restaurants, art galleries, and the area's renowned ocean beaches. Surrounded by tree-lined streets and classic Hamptons estates, guests can enjoy a peaceful coastal setting while staying close to local attractions, scenic nature preserves, and seasonal events.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at this property.
Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
The pool is open seasonally and will close on October 05, 2026. It is professionally cleaned and chemically balanced weekly; however, as an open-air pool, natural debris between service visits is normal. A skimmer net is provided for your convenience, and our team is always happy to assist if needed.
Pool heating is available for an additional $75/night and is designed to maintain temperatures up to approximately 82–84°F under normal operating and weather conditions. Outdoor pool temperatures may vary based on weather, usage, and other external factors. While we make every effort to ensure the heater is functioning properly, pool heating cannot be guaranteed at a specific temperature at all times. In the unlikely event the heater is unavailable due to a mechanical or service issue, pool heating fees will be refunded. Utilities, including pool heating, are billed separately for stays over 14 nights.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Guests are not permitted to use the mailbox.
Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
Security deposit
Stays up to 13 nights: $2,500 credit hold
Stays between 14 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month's rent
