📋 Booking Requirements
Primary guest must be 18 years or older to book. If the person booking is between 18-24 then we will have a $1000 refundable damage deposit.

For your safety and ours, there is a camera facing the pool and the patio. There is another near the grill, front of the home and a doorbell camera
📝 After Booking
To finalize your reservation, you must complete the following within 24 hours of booking:
✅ Sign the rental agreement
✅ Submit a copy of your valid government-issued ID
If your reservation is more than 60 days from check-in, the remaining balance will be collected after your down payment has been received.
Accepted payment methods for the remaining balance include:
Our pool heater operates November 1 – April 1.
If temperatures are unusually cool before November 1 and the pool cannot maintain 80°F, we'll gladly turn the heater on for your stay.
Please note:
Pool heaters Nov 1-April 1: only operate while the pool pump is running (approximately 8–12 hours per day).
During periods of unusually cold weather (temperatures in the 50s or lower), the heater may not be able to maintain 80°F.
