Spend your next vacation at "The Dolphin House," our beautiful 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home, while enjoying the Gulf of Mexico as your backyard! Pontoon Boat On-Site! Available for Rent
You will enjoy daily visits from dolphins, sting rays, and the occasional manatee. The private dock is the perfect place to fish or park your boat if you choose to bring one. There is a jacuzzi, a swimming pool, two large screened in areas overlooking the water, as well as multiple private docks for boating. This house is a fully furnished home with an upstairs and downstairs living room, a pool table, and bar. The entire space can sleep up to 10 people with three king beds, one queen, and a pull-out Murphy bed. The area is perfect for kayaking, scalloping, fishing (fish poles and tackle box ready to use), and sitting by the pool, soaking up the Florida sunshine!
Whether you're looking for a large space for your next scalloping trip or family get together or a more relaxing escape with nothing more on the agenda than sipping cocktails in the pool while watching the sun disappear into the Gulf, this is the perfect spot for you!

We had an absolutely amazing time at this property in Hernando Beach. The house itself is fantastic, and the value for the money is incredible. One of the most unique features was the ability to rent the boat with the property — we’ve stayed at a lot of vacation rentals, and we’ve never found another place that offered anything like that. It truly made the experience unforgettable.Dave was extremely attentive and responsive throughout our stay, and his entire team was wonderful. From the cleaning staff to the maintenance man, the boat contact, and even the pool service guy, everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional.We would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun and unique Florida getaway.

If you are the person who needs your vacation rental to be immaculate with nothing out of place, this isn't your place. If you appreciate a lived-in feel so you can relax and enjoy yourself, look no further. Everything you need is here. The kitchen has everything you could ever need, including frosted mugs for your drinks. We booked for a long weekend with our adult children and chose not to add a boat rental. We had plenty to do--relax in the pool, star-gaze by the fire, kayak out to watch the sunset, scope the water for sea life (dolphins, manatee, rays!), play board games on the porch, and so much more. Communication was great and everything is as described. The only downside was the lack of easy access between the two levels. Our dog wasn't interested in the outdoor spiral staircase, so we had to walk around the house to the front entrance every time he went in or out. Minor inconvenience, but worth mentioning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay and already can’t wait to return next year! The home was the perfect size for hosting friends and family who stopped by throughout the week. Having easy access to the pontoon boat right at the dock was such a bonus and the host was incredibly communicative and helpful with all of our many questions. The house was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. But the real added bonus was that view! Truly an amazing stay.

The property itself is great. The outside area is phenomenal, much better than the pictures show. It has a cooks kitchen, if cooking on vacation is your thing.We had issues with the air conditioning and am not at all satisfied with the way it was handled. We let them know just after noon on Sunday that there was an issue where the living room/ two bedroom area was reaching extreme indoor temperatures. At one point it maxed at at 82 degrees. He did have a window unit delivered, and my son installed, Monday night st 9 PM and the repairman came and fixed it late Tuesday. So almost half the trip had the upstairs at super warm temps. With the price we paid to stay here, I certainly expected more. With what we paid, just get someone there to get the problem fixed, prior to being almost halfway thru our trip. Also, we had to keep inquiring as to the status and I didn’t feel like we should have to do that. Simply communicate so we would know what was going on.Had we not had the AC issues, it would have been a much better experience. I understand that things happen, but you should tend to them quickly.
