Built for big groups that want both action and downtime — 6 bedrooms, sleeps 16. Multiple living areas mean everyone can spread out; a dedicated game room with billiards, air hockey, and ping pong gives kids and adults somewhere to land. Direct waterfront access out back.
Sleeping (sleeps 16):
- BR1: King + 2 Twin pull-outs
- BR2-6: Queen each
- Cots and air mattresses available for the largest groups
Inside: game room (billiards, air hockey, ping pong), board games, fully stocked group-sized kitchen, smart TVs with streaming, fast WiFi for remote work, linens and towels stocked.
Outside: private dock with direct Gulf access, dedicated kayak launch with 4 kayaks (paddles + life vests), outdoor coal-ignition fireplace with built-in grill for roasting, patio seating, and a yard stocked with pickleball, basketball, football, kids playground, and full beach amenities. Designed for the kind of family reunion or group trip where you don't run out of things to do.

The game room with billiards, air hockey, and ping pong is also available for your enjoyment. Please note that the locked closet upstairs in the master bedroom and the locked closet beside the 4th bedroom towards the patio are off-limits.

Great home with great amenities. We especially enjoyed the dock, kayaks and all the life jackets available. It’s pretty much just like it is listed. Great place!

The house was perfect for a small women’s retreat. Although there were not the number of beds I was expecting, we were able to make use of the space. Everyone said the beds were comfortable, the A/C cooled nicely and the massage chair was a hit.The outdoor space, covered patio and large yard,were perfect size for our group. There was plenty of seating, and with the tables and fold up chairs we brought we were able to seat everyone. However the “noseums” (little biting bugs) were bothersome all day and evening….it was hard to fully enjoy the outdoor space. We did enjoy the kayaks and took a couple of trips on the river/canal. I had a little difficulty with check in but the property manager reached out as soon as they realized I wasn’t getting the responses (may have been a VRBO app issue). Overall we liked the space and the area…relatively close to grocery stores, restaurants, and other shopping.

This home was spacious, kid and pet friendly, and well stocked with cleaning supplies so we could clean up after ourselves! We also loved how towels were separate patterns so kids could keep track of them. Plenty of pillows, towels and blankets! The fenced yard was amazing for pets and little ones to stay safe. So many activities available for family members to stay engaged. AC units worked great for each room. Best place we have stayed!

This house is great! We had a large group with kids and pets and everyone enjoyed themselves. There are such sweet, thoughtful little touches throughout the house. Even a little Christmas tree! The kids took over the upstairs bedroom and loved having their own area. And they loved the little playset in the yard too. We did some fishing off the dock and enjoyed time around the firepit, especially since we had some colder temps. The hosts were great responding to questions and even lent us a space heater for a chilly room. The kitchen is well-stocked and the coffee/tea bar was awesome! Thank you so much for our stay!
