About this house rental
Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming new house for rent in Le Bosc, with access to a swimming pool. With a floor area of 106 m², it is ideal for accommodating 7 guests (suitable for a maximum of 4 children). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 37 m² living room with a TV and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200), a single bed (90×190), a walk-in wardrobe and a shower room with shower and toilet
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a cupboard
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×200) and a cupboard
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
- A utility room with a washing machine
For even greater comfort, you can make use of the following additional facilities: a plancha, an ironing board and an iron.
Outdoors:
- A shared, heated swimming pool (shared with the owner’s adjoining villa), measuring 5 m x 11 m, open from 1 April to 30 September, with a pool house.
- A beautiful, partially enclosed private garden of 700 m²
- A 40 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The house is ideally situated in Le Viala, a small hamlet in Le Bosc, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants and more…
