About this villa rental
This Villa with timeless charm, nestled in lush greenery, offers an exceptional panorama over the Villeneuvette valley, Manufacture Royale, classified Grand Site of France. Facing south. No opposite, nor noise nuisance except the rustling of cicadas and the chirping of birds. At the gates of Clermont L'Hérault, pleasant lively town with many restaurants, outdoor cafes, theater, cinema, aquatic center, hyper-markets, local market.
With its many terraces opening onto nature, its 150 m2 living space on the ground floor, plus an independent air-conditioned outbuilding, its large sleeping area upstairs, this house is very pleasant to live in. The property is fenced on 1/2 hectare and overlooks. East, South, West exposure. Sheltered from the North wind.
The swimming pool is installed on a shelf in the garden dedicated to it. Pool house with wc, cloakroom, outdoor shower and leisure equipment. It is fully secured by an electric shutter to French standards. Next to it, a covered area with ping pong table and small bodybuilding equipment.
Your privilege, that of being at the heart of 3 major sites in France: Lac du Salagou, Cirque de Mourèze, Villeneuvette and Pic de Vissou, but also Saint Guilhem le Désert and its fabulous Hérault gorges 15 minutes away , as well as the breathtaking Cirque de Navacelles on the Larzac plateau. 35 minutes from the gates of Montpellier, 50 minutes from the airports (Montpellier / Frejorgues and Agde / Beziers,) and the Mediterranean beaches. Great diversity of landscapes. Many hiking trails suitable for families. Swimming in the lake, river or sea. Plenty of activities, outings, leisure and walks.
The entire property over more than 7,500 m2 is at your disposal, completely private and accessible (except 1 garage, 1 storeroom and 1 cellar); 2 covered parking spaces and many other parking spaces possible within the property.
SERVICES INCLUDED: You will be warmly welcomed in our house which will be left at your entire disposal during your stay. We provide outside maintenance free of charge (garden and swimming pool) 2 to 3 times a week; intervention niches to be seen together.
Bed linen, towels, bath, pool and kitchen towels are provided. Equipment and cleaning products available. Convenience store (condiments, spices, toilet paper, coffee, tea, etc.)
Family bikes are available for your walks.
OPTIONAL SERVICES: End of stay cleaning package 160 €;
Your pet is welcome except in the night areas.
The cleaning option then becomes compulsory at the end of the stay.

Beautiful house with a great garden, perfect location to explore the area. We very much enjoyed our stay and will come back hopefully soon.

Wonderful fortnight with extended family (3 couples and 2 young children) in a beautiful area, but spent most of our time at the house enjoying the views and the pool. Plenty of space in the immaculate house and lovely to have a choice of seating at meal times. Well equipped throughout including the large kitchen and pool area. Outdoor shower and pool house fridge were ideal.Decided to opt for the cleaning package as this is a big house, well looked after and doing a thorough clean ourselves before packing up would have been an ordeal. Table tennis and hot tub were welcome treats. Laure and Alain only next door and very helpful and charming. Short drive to town for shopping and the Wednesday market. Excellent local chateaux/vineyards. Really did not want to come home!

This idyllic location was perfect for biking, hiking, canoeing activities. The house had a gorgeous uninterrupted view of green hills but was close to shopping and excellent restaurants. The very responsive and friendly owners made sure we had all we needed for our family group, ranging from 9 months old to 70. There was a lovely large pool, ping pong, board games and a piano to keep everyone occupied when at the house. Highly recommended!
