About this house rental
We rent out our family home, which has been converted into a vacation rental. Nestled in a lush green setting, completely secluded, and enjoying the mild Mediterranean climate, it is located in the Haut-Languedoc Regional Nature Park, 30 minutes from Béziers and 1 hour from Montpellier.
If you love historic architecture and authentic settings, the Mas de Riols is perfect for you. It’s the ideal home for family reunions, gatherings with friends, workshops, or other events that call for a serene setting.
Our house has retained all the charm of the past. It offers 260 m² of living space on 2 hectares of land, completely secluded, with a 14 m x 6 m swimming pool, a bocce court, table tennis, a plancha grill, outdoor dining furniture for meals al fresco, and breathtaking views of the Haut Languedoc Regional Park.
8 bedrooms, (sleeps 16), with double beds or 2 single beds; ideal for 2–3 families: 4 bathrooms, 4 toilets, 2 fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers, microwaves, ovens, stovetops, and washing machines.
Wi-Fi available. Good 4G/5G reception.
Many activities are available nearby (hiking, golf, horseback riding, canoeing and kayaking, fishing…), in addition to the region’s natural and cultural heritage (Lake Salagou, Cirque de Mourèze, Villemagne Abbey, the Royal Manufactory of Villeneuvette, Avène, Lamalou-les-Bains, medieval villages, wine cellars…), and the mediteranean coast, which is 50 km away.
